We use the latest in Objet Polyjet and Dimension FDM 3D printing technologies, allowing a wide range of model resolutions, colors, and finish qualities.

Our EDEN 260V Polyjet is known in the industry as the highest resolution printer available, with .00006” layer thicknesses (16 microns). It is a UV cured resin modeller. Layer stepping is virtually invisible. Material choices are clear amber (Fullcure 720) and VeroWhite with a glossy or matte finish, we will have more color variety in the future. Materials are resin-based and can be finished in any number of ways, although finishing is not usually required. The model bed is 9.8”x9.8”x7.9”. Dividing your model into components will allow larger sizes.

Our Dimension 1200SE SST prints .010 - .013 inch layer thicknesses in ABS and ABSplus which is a high strength material, perfect for fit and function as well as form and massing models. It is an FDM or fused deposition modeller, which deposits layers of hot ABS which bond to each other as they cool. Layers are slightly visible. Material color is white, we will have more color variety in the future. Models can be sanded, painted, and drilled, and are extremely strong. The model bed is 10”x10”x12”. Dividing your model into components will allow larger sizes.

Our offsite CNC machines are appropriate for the production of larger prototypes. Parts can be single or double-milled ('flip-milled'), or 5-axis milled. Material choices are ABS plastic (off-white, yellowish) or transparent acrylic, and finishes can be stepped or smooth. Post-production work such as gluing, polishing, and painting is available. The 3-axis CNC bed size is 1000mm x 600mm and gantry depth is 200mm.
