CRYSTALLINE Next Generation Rapid Prototyping
1. Simple 3D printing of your model within standard bed size restrictions.
We can print anything imaginable: Architectural massing models, structural details, engineering systems and components, industrial design prototypes, toys, figurines/creature designs, film prop designs, and jewellery prototypes.
You must generally provide a watertight 3D model which has no openings or unmerged edges in .STL format. Ideally you should run your model through a software which wil optimize and repair your model such as Materialise Magics.

2. Subdividing, 3D printing and gluing of larger models.
You must generally provide a watertight 3D model which has no openings or unmerged edges in .STL format. Work to subdivide your 3-D model and assemble components wil be included in the price of the model.

3. Repair and optimization of your model for 3D printing.
You must provide a 3D model in the following formats: .OBJ and .IGES. This work wil be estimated beforehand based on an hourly rate but wil be billed based on actual hours.

4. CNC milling in large formats.
Bed Size 1000 mm x 600 mm. Gantry depth 200 mm. Materials: ABS plastic (off-white) or Transparent Acrylic. Smooth finish, double-sided mills, large sizes, gluing, finishing, and painting are possible. These are currently produced offshore and shipped to us. Offshore production (including shipping costs) usually undercuts the local market significantly.

5. Packing and Shipping.
We are happy to ship anywhere in the U.S. or further by arrangement. We do not charge additionally for this service, we pass on the UPS charges to you without markup.
