| 1. Simple 3D printing of your model within standard bed size restrictions. |
| We can print anything imaginable: Architectural massing models, structural details, engineering systems and components, industrial design prototypes, toys, figurines/creature designs, film prop designs, and jewellery prototypes. |
| You must generally provide a watertight 3D model which has no openings or unmerged edges in .STL format. Ideally you should run your model through a software which wil optimize and repair your model such as Materialise Magics. |
| 2. Subdividing, 3D printing and gluing of larger models. |
| You must generally provide a watertight 3D model which has no openings or unmerged edges in .STL format. Work to subdivide your 3-D model and assemble components wil be included in the price of the model. |
| 3. Repair and optimization of your model for 3D printing. |
| You must provide a 3D model in the following formats: .OBJ and .IGES. This work wil be estimated beforehand based on an hourly rate but wil be billed based on actual hours. |
| 4. CNC milling in large formats. |
| Bed Size 1000 mm x 600 mm. Gantry depth 200 mm. Materials: ABS plastic (off-white) or Transparent Acrylic. Smooth finish, double-sided mills, large sizes, gluing, finishing, and painting are possible. These are currently produced offshore and shipped to us. Offshore production (including shipping costs) usually undercuts the local market significantly. |
| 5. Packing and Shipping. |
| We are happy to ship anywhere in the U.S. or further by arrangement. We do not charge additionally for this service, we pass on the UPS charges to you without markup. |
